At Promino Bags, we aim to provide fast, reliable, and cost-effective delivery across Australia. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.


Processing Time

  • Orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days after payment and artwork approval (for customised items).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • For bulk and custom orders, production times will vary depending on the product and quantity. We will provide an estimated delivery date upon confirmation.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We use trusted courier and postal services to deliver nationwide. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Metro Areas: 10–14 business days

  • Regional Areas: 10–20 business days

  • Remote Areas: 10-20 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasonal demand.


Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order weight, size, and destination.

  • Some promotional offers may include free shipping — these will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

  • For urgent orders, express shipping may be available at an additional cost. Please contact us to confirm.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor your shipment.


Delivery Conditions

  • We deliver to residential, business, and PO Box addresses across Australia.

  • For larger bulk orders, delivery to a business address is preferred.

  • Please ensure your delivery details are correct. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Delays and Liability

While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, Promino Bags is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Risk passes to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier.


International Shipping

At this stage, we only deliver within Australia. For international orders, please contact us to discuss options.
